MDAE’s MOU with Tandem allows five School-Readiness classes to participate in a book-lending program (“StoryCycles”) with age and culturally-appropriate books for children and parents to read together at home. Tandem also provides training for staff and adult students (parents and family members of the children in the School-Readiness classes) on interactive adult-child reading and learning activities. |
