After an analysis of the complex work and responsibilities being required of the Database Administrator in the Assessment, Research and Evaluation Department, staff is recommending that the position be eliminated and a Coordinator of Assessment, Research and Evaluation position be established. The new job description has been drafted and is recommended for placement at Range 10. This is a DMA position. This is being brought forward for information only at this Board meeting. It will be returned for action at a later date. |
