Summary:
|
On March 11, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1818/C975 to Waterproofing Associates, Inc., in the amount of $2,560,000 for the roof replacement/restoration at Mt. Diablo Elementary School, College Park High School and Concord High School.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required:
1. Dry rot repair was discovered during demolition at Mt. Diablo Elementary School.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $2,565,939, an increase of $5,939, which is an increase of .23% of the original contract of $2,560.000. |
