Summary:

|
Each fiscal year, District needs to contract with attorneys and other specialists to represent the District in litigation. The Legal Department supervises and directs outside counsel to ensure the District receives the highest quality legal services at the lowest cost. In order to ensure that the District can respond to litigation in a timely manner, we execute Master Agreements for Legal Services in advance. All fees must be paid from the existing Board approved budget. |
