Summary
:
Three years ago to meet twenty-first century education learning goals such as common core we acquired twenty-first century protection. Palo Alto Networks offers intrusion prevention, application detection, and network security measures along with bandwidth management tools to provide our schools with secure fast bandwidth to the applications that support twenty first century learning goals. Now that we are going google and moving to cloud based applications and storage, a new Palo Alto solution is being presented tonight to accommodate a 100 GB backbone. No other single appliance offers these services and staff recommends the purchase using the California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract pricing.
