Summary:

On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1833 to Athens Painting and Commercial Coatings, in the amount of $212,000.00 to facilitate the Painting Summer 2019 Package 3 Project.
During construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required.
1. Scope change from (2) Color Scheme to (3) Color Scheme.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $233,000.00, an increase of $21,000.00 which is an increase of 9.91% of the original contract. |
