| New Motion | | Member Linda Mayo Moved, Member Cherise Khaund seconded to approve the New motion 'Approve that Student #16-19 be expelled and that the expulsion be suspended with placement to be determined by the Superintendent and Student Services Director. The following conditions shall apply and shall be completed by Student #16-19 no later than December 20, 2019. The student must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to depression, impusivity, & Latino Community/Cultural Competency; the student must completes 30 hours of community service determined by the Student Services Director; show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, maintain a 2.0 GPA or better and earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
