Summary:
The Board completed the evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board President and legal counsel have completed negotiations with the Superintendent on a fifth amendment to her Employment Agreement. The changes are presented for Board approval. The recommendation is to extend the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement for a four year term ending June 30, 2021 at the current rate of compensation.
