On 6/23/2021, Maintenance & Operations Action Item #14.41, the MDUSD Board approved a 3-year lease for one (1) standard DSA-approved 24’ x 40’ classroom at Meadow Homes Elementary, on behalf of the CARES Expanded Learning Program. This contract addendum ends 8/22/2024.
At this time, the CARES Expanded Learning Program requests to extend the lease agreement for an additional 34 months, through 6/30/2027. Per current DSA guidelines, the District must request authorization for the buildings to remain on-site for additional years.
A contract addendum with Mobile Modular Management Corporation, dated 6/4/2024, will continue the lease of the building at Meadow Homes Elementary for an additional 34 months (8/26/24 - 6/30/27), with a rental rate of $645.46 per month, in order to meet the needs of the CARES Expanded Learning Program. |
