Summary:
|
At the January 17, 2024 meeting, the Board of Education took action to approve a Not to Exceed (NTE) Contract with Sixth Dimension, LLC, for Construction Management Services for specific Measure J funded projects.
Staff is bringing forward the no-cost Amendment #1 to this Independent Service Contract to incorporate scope to include additional Measure J and other funded facility projects. Added projects include the Technology, Infrastructure Upgrades (Track 1 and Track 2 sites), Middle School Kitchen Modernizations, and the Pleasant Hill Middle School Pool Project. |
