| Amended Motion | Member Debra Mason Moved, Member Cherise Khaund seconded to approve the Amended motion 'Move to approve the Expulsion of Student #07-24 and suspend the enforcement of that expulsion with the student participating in ten (10) hours of counseling to address anger management and conflict resolution, show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits, maintain a 2.0 GPA or better, and have a 90% attendance rate. Student must remain away from all MDUSD campuses and school activities along with no violation of school rules and Education Code(s) 48900, 48915, or District Rules and Regulations. Placement to be detemined by Student Services
