In May, 2018, the District published a Bid Request for the printing and mailing (pursuant to PCC ยง 20112) of the Adult Education (Mt. Diablo Adult Education) quarterly catalog. A mandatory bid meeting was held on May 21st with bids due May 30th. One bid package was received and, after review, it was determined that the bid should be awarded to Folger Graphics, the sole bidder, for the contract period of 2018-2019 with three (3) possible one-year renewals (2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022). The base bid amount of $98,330.74 is for four (4) quarterly catalogs containing the Adult Education schedule of classes and related information on all programs and services.
NOTE: Folger Graphics has been the long-standing printer of the Adult Education quarterly catalogs, with its services having been vetted as required, and regularly, through the MDUSD bidding process. |
