Summary:

On January 22, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1792/Contract C964 to Delta Technology, in the amount of $92,445.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate the Concord High School Bleacher Support Pier Project.
During demolition and construction, it was discovered that the following additional work was required:
1. Additional floor blocking for structural integrity
2. Sheet metal covers for rodent prevention
3. Electrical disconnects required
The final change order will result in a contract value of $98,554.02, an increase of $6,109.02, which is an increase of 6.61% of the original contract. |
