Competitive procurement was conducted in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) approved by Board Resolution #18/19-33 for Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1823 for the roof coating at the Bus Garage. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of the Silicone System over the existing metal roof including all ancillary products. The project has line item pricing to include replacement of existing gutters with new 24 gauge Kynar gutters and downspouts. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has five (5) bid packages that were received on February 26, 2019 and Brazos Urethane is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. |
