In June 2023, the Board approved Western Civilization Spielvogel 11th Edition [SSBH, 2021]
9780357362976 / 0357362977 as the approved text for the AP European History course. After further research, we have determined that although this is the newest edition of the text, the 10th edition, Western Civilization Since 1300 Enhanced AP Edition, Spielvogel 10th Edition [K12, 2021]
9780357491775 / 0357491777, Volume 2, is the more appropriate text for the course. The 10th edition is more specifically aligned with the AP course and College Board framework. We are requesting that the board approve the 10th edition textbook as the approved text for this course. This adoption will include digital access to the textbook and supporting materials. |
