Summary:

Mt. Diablo Adult Education (MDAE) seeks to renew its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Concord’s Monument Impact for 2019-2020. The purpose of the MOU is to provide English as a Second Language (ESL) programs and services for adults that build and strengthen employment pathways for low and moderate income workers in Concord’s Monument Community. These programs and services help adults overcome barriers to accessing economic opportunities and resources for employment, improving the potential for increased earnings and economic security of their families. |

No funding to be received from Monument Impact. The Adult Ed WIOA Title II will support instructional costs for instruction provided by MDAE. |
