Summary:
|
WestEd partners with states, educational support agencies, districts, and schools across the country
providing customized, comprehensive, research-based solutions focused on continuous improvement and performance. WestEd will work with the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (MDUSD) to facilitate a professional learning network of central office and school site leaders, with an aim of improving instructional leadership through the use walk-through data. The network will focus on continuous improvement and employ principles and methods of Improvement Science, and refer to additional improvement methods, as needed. Services will support the development of central office and school site leader capacity for continuous improvement starting at the high school level. This Scope of Work will be performed between October 8, 2018 and June 30, 2019. |
