East Bay Pool Service maintains and services the district pools on contract and they recommended immediate replacement of the existing pool heater due to frequent costly equipment failures. The pool heater purchase was considered outside of the normal scope of the existing maintenance contract awarded to East Bay Pool Service on RFP# 1732. |
