Summary:
The Contra Costa County Office of Education has a relocatable building at Ygnacio Valley High School for a Special Education program. This agreement renews the Real Property Lease Agreement from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 with a yearly renewal for a period of five years.  
Funding:
There are no District funds expended to provide this site lease.

Recommendation
Approve the lease presented for the period of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Extensions will be approved by the Superintendent over the ensuing five years.
