Due to the receipt of a request to establish Trustee areas by the Bay Area Voting Rights Initiative (BAVRI), the Board under the California Voting Rights Act (CVRA) must express its intention to transition or not to transition from "at large" Board Trustee elections to election of Trustees by particular areas of the District. This action must occur within 45 days of March 29, 2019, that being May 13, 2019. |
