California Education Code ยง 335143 provides that organizational meeting must be held within 15 days of the second Friday in December. Since this year is an election year, the organizational meeting must be held between December 13-27, 2024. Accordingly, this Resolution reschedules the December 2024 meeting for December 18, 2024, in compliance with the Education Code. |
