Staff is seeking to approve an Amendment to the Employment Agreement between Mt. Diablo Unified School District and the Chief Business Officer through the 2026-27 school year. The Board approved the Employment Agreement on June 26, 2024. This Amendment clarifies the Parties agreement that Chief Business Officer is waiving Education Code ยง 45197 (annual vacations)--the base salary is based on positive work calendar of 219 days. |
