Summary:
On February 27, 2017 the Board of Education awarded contract c949 project #1764 to GECO, Inc. for $1,093,000.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete installation of HVAC system at Holbrook Elementary School according to the plans and specifications.
A final change order (FCO) in the amount of $14,776.41 is necessary. This final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $1,107,776.41.
