| New Motion | | Member Brian Lawrence Moved, Member Joanne Durkee seconded to approve the New motion 'Move to expel Student #09-18 and that the expulsion be suspended. Student #09-18 will be subject to a rehabilitation plan and Student #09-18 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address drug and alcohol and social emotional issues, complete thirty (30) hours of community service, participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for drugs and alcohol, show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate. Placement of Student #09-18 will be made by the Superintendent and staff.'.
