Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1839 requested bids for the Purchasing Warehouse Roof Coating pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for the installation of the Silicone System over the existing metal roof including all ancillary products and replacement of existing gutters with new gutters and downspouts. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount only. The project has four (4) bid packages that were received on April 23, 2019 and Premium Roofing and Waterproofing is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. |
