Summary:
|
The position of Payroll Manager became vacant in November, 2018. The Payroll Manager that retired April, 2018, was able to temporarily fill the position through February. The district has posted the job and has been unsuccessful in finding a viable applicant. An independent service contract with Accountemps for an experienced, temporary payroll manager is needed to ensure the payroll operations continue successfully. The total cost for approximately four months should not exceed $62,000. A qualified Senior Account Clerk position has also been difficult to fill. Accountemps will provide a candidate for approximately two months, not to exceed $27,800. The costs for the independent service contract will be covered by the vacancy budgets. |
