On June 25, 2018, the Board of Education approved the ratification of award Bid #1800-a to Hung Construction Builder Inc. in the amount of $556,000 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate restroom improvements at Gregory Gardens Elementary School.
There was a deductive change order for ($12,792.80) at Gregory Gardens Elementary due to scope of work that was not required.
This final change order will result in a contract value of $543,207.20, a reduction of $12,792.80. |
