Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Inspector of Record (Project Inspector) are required to inspect and verify that the roofing work at Bel Air Elementary, Shore Acres Elementary, Oak Grove Middle, Pleasant Hill Middle, Diablo View Middle, and the Maintenance Base is conducted in compliance with all specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
Staff requested proposals from several state approved inspectors and is recommending a NOT TO EXCEED contract in the amount of $19,550.00 with Alisha Jensen Construction Inspections. |
